Your device does not need to maintain a constant internet or WiFi connection while we perform the unlock service. Our remote online service will proceed regardless, and upon completion, we will send you detailed instructions for the next steps.

Should my device be powered on or off during the unlocking process?

It’s up to you whether your device is turned on or off while we carry out the unlocking process. This will not impact our ability to unlock your device remotely. We’ll notify you via email once the unlock is successfully completed.

Is it necessary to have a SIM card installed in my device during the unlocking process?

Having a SIM card in your device is not required while we are unlocking it. This will not affect the unlocking process. However, it is advisable to have a SIM card ready to use in your device once the unlock is complete, as you will receive step-by-step instructions to activate your device with the new SIM card.
