1. What this service is
UNLOCK BLACKLISTED is an informational tool. It suggests which type of lock is most likely to apply to a device based on what you tell it, and describes the official route to resolving each type. It is general guidance, not a definitive determination of your device’s status.
2. What this service is not
- It is not an unlocking service and does not remove any lock.
- It does not query the GSMA registry or any carrier database, and cannot confirm the real-world status of an IMEI. Only your carrier can do that.
- It is not legal advice.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use this site to assist with, plan or conceal the handling of a lost or stolen device, or to attempt to defeat anti-theft protection on a device you do not own. If a device shows an owner-level lock and is not yours, the lawful course is to return it to its owner or hand it to the police.
4. Accuracy
Carrier procedures, device line-ups and unlocking rules change frequently and vary by country. We make a reasonable effort to keep the information current but make no warranty that it is complete, accurate or applicable to your situation. Always confirm with the carrier, manufacturer or finance provider concerned.
5. Third-party content
Where a video or external page is embedded or linked, we are not responsible for its content or its handling of your data.

UNLOCK BLACKLISTED is an independent service, not sponsored by, endorsed by or affiliated with any manufacturer, mobile network, retailer, finance provider or other brand. Brand, product and model names are used for identification only and remain the property of their respective owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UNLOCK BLACKLISTED is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the information on this site. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing affects your statutory consumer rights.
